Who I am

This site is run by Nidhi R Variava (Coach Nidhi), based in Mumbai, India. If you’d rather skip the policy and just ask me a question, the email is coach.nidhivariava@gmail.com.

What I collect

Your email address, when you submit it through the form to download the 9 Founder Archetypes guide. I also store which archetype page you came from (if any) so I can tell which results pages drove which signups. Nothing else from the form is captured — there are no analytics, no advertising pixels, no behavioural tracking on this site.

Your messages, when you email me directly to book a call. Standard email — your inbox provider has its own policies.

What I do with it

I send you the guide. If I ever start a newsletter or send field notes by email, I’ll ask first; I won’t opt you in silently. I don’t sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their marketing.

Where it lives

• Your email + archetype are stored in a Google Sheet I personally manage, accessed only by me.
• The site itself is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for routine operations and abuse prevention.
• If you book a call, scheduling happens through my calendar tool. The current setup is direct email to me; if that changes to Google Calendar Appointment Schedules or another service, this page will say so.

Cookies

None of mine. The site runs without analytics cookies, ad cookies, or behavioural-tracking cookies. Your browser may store functional cookies set by Vercel (the hosting platform) for performance reasons; you can clear them at any time from your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask me to:

• Tell you what I have on file about you.
• Correct anything that’s wrong.
• Delete you from my list entirely.

Email coach.nidhivariava@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. I’ll act on it within fourteen days. If you’re in a jurisdiction with stronger statutory rights (the EU, UK, California, India under the DPDP Act), those apply too — this isn’t my way of opting you out of them.

Children

This site is for adults running businesses. I don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen.

If this changes

If I add an analytics tool, a newsletter platform, or any other third party that touches your data, I’ll update this page and bump the Last updated date at the top. Material changes that affect how your data is used will be flagged visibly, not buried.

Disagreements

Email me first; most things resolve in one back-and-forth. If they don’t, the courts in Mumbai, India have jurisdiction.
