The Starting Point
I begin with understanding what's coming in the way of reaching your goals. Most clients are surprised by what they find.
I am the coach people come to when the approach that got them here has stopped working. I provide a clear-eyed mind in their corner to figure out what comes next.
Most driven people just need perspective, permission, and someone in their corner. Someone who always remembers what they want.
Thoughts that stay stuck in your head
Decisions you can actually move on
Problems that feel like walls
Challenges with visible paths forward
Goals you set on Day 1, quietly abandon by Day 30
Goals that hold — because someone remembers them
Seeing one way out, over and over
Options you'd never have considered on your own
“What I didn’t expect was to feel genuinely seen and heard.”
You just need someone to ask you the right questions.
The version of you that got here isn’t the version that will take you further. The strategies, habits, and self-perceptions that worked at one stage quietly become a ceiling at the next. You’ve outgrown your own approach.
This is what we unpack on Day 1.
I begin with understanding what's coming in the way of reaching your goals. Most clients are surprised by what they find.
I then help structure your actions around your identity and direction.
I stay in the room to provide an honest perspective as you gather momentum and learn more about yourself in the process.
It’s the wobble just before a breakthrough — when someone isn’t sure they can, and all they need is someone beside them who is. Like that unsteady moment when you learn to skate on your own for the first time and all you need is to know someone is there beside you.
I notice things other people walk past. A hesitation before a decision. A goal quietly abandoned. A strength disguised as a problem. I ask simple reflective questions that can be powerful thought provokers. That’s what makes a session with me different from a planning session you could run yourself.
"Slowly, over sessions, things I'd buried under years of habit and hesitation started surfacing. We worked on real things. But the deeper work was quieter still — it was learning to trust my own voice again. Learning that consistent micro-actions, a well-designed day, and the permission to be vulnerable are the actual architecture of a meaningful life."
"Her ability to connect, empathize, and gently guide conversations made each session meaningful and productive. I truly valued my time working with her and always left our sessions feeling clearer, more confident, and supported."
I’ve built my practice around the fact that each leader is different.
Sees three moves ahead. Now bringing the room with you.
Runs a tight ship. Now choosing where it sails.
Builds beautiful work. Now building a vehicle worthy of it.
Closes like nobody else. Now teaching the room.
People follow your warmth. Now building the structure underneath.
Built something rare. Now finding its voice.
Sees what others miss. Now translating the insight.
Many pivots, sharper instincts. Now ready to commit.
Carrying something built before you. Now making it yours.

I am the daughter of two highly driven newspaper journalists — a background that ensured viewing information without judgement is simply a way of being for me. My education as an Eco Hons graduate from SRCC, Delhi University and an MBA from the Indian School of Business led me on a meandering journey ranging from HR consulting, to line HR, to running a technology company as a co-founder.
Along the way, I learned that part of the joy I derived at work came from seeing my team members succeed. That’s what led me to coaching. This is my Ikigai — a Japanese concept meaning “a reason for being”, or “the happiness of always being busy”. Working with people towards their best selves makes me always happily busy.
I’m still learning and growing myself. I don’t have all the answers. I’m attending talks, driving home in silence with something new to sit with, and reflecting on things during my workouts and runs. I coach because I believe most people just need a brainstorming partner to help them find the clarity they’ve been circling.
The questions I am asked most often, answered here so your first call can be about you.
A consultant hands you a plan. A mentor shares their story. I do neither. I help you think more clearly about your own work — while reminding you of what you said you wanted.
Thirty minutes. I ask about where you are. You get to ask about how I work. If there's a fit, I'll tell you. If there isn't, I'll tell you that too, and often point you toward whoever or whatever I think is a better match.
Three months minimum. Most clients stay for six to twelve. Sessions are typically weekly, with async check-ins in between when something is moving quickly.
I work with people who are searching for answers and want to move towards specific goals. My work is least useful for those who don't want to move forward, or who want to spend the time analysing the past. It's most useful when there's something more future-focused to think through, and someone genuinely ready to think differently about it.
Both. I'm based in Mumbai but work with clients across India and globally over video. Some come in person once a quarter; others have never met me outside a screen.
Sessions start from ₹6,000 for 45 minutes. Full pricing is shared on the intake call, after I understand the shape of your engagement. Fewer than fifteen clients at a time means the structure is always bespoke — there are no packages.
Working with me asks for an hour each week, a commitment of at least three months, and the kind of honesty most driven people have learned to skip.
You get back the time you used to lose in circles. Decisions that actually hold, because someone remembers what you said you wanted. Permission to consider options you’d have ruled out on your own.
You get a second brain with real exposure — across industries, stages, and the specific failures that come with each. And you get a room in your week where the only job is to think clearly about what comes next.
Most clients discover it’s the least expensive hour of the month they’re spending on their growth.
You tell me where you are. I tell you whether I’m the right person to help you get where you want to go. If yes, you go from there. If not, I’ll often point you to who is.
I personally review every application. Spots are limited.
